The Memory Care & Social Services Director is responsible for championing the Best Friends approach to providing care for residents with cognitive issues, as well as staff training on the approach. This position additionally designs and implements programming for the Memory Care residents as well as works with families as Social Service issues arise. All responsibilities are performed while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulatory and organizational standards.
