The Part Time Chaplain is responsible for providing pastoral and spiritual care to residents, family members, facility employees, and volunteers while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulatory and organizational standards.  The qualified individual will work 25 hours per week, with time split between our Nicholasville and Midway, KY Campuses.  Experience with senior care and dementia care highly desirable but not required.



Required Education:               Bachelor’s degree from 4-year college or university

Preferred Education:               Master’s of Divinity from accredited seminary; 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education from ACPE (Assoc of Clinical Pastoral Education) accredited facility

Required Experience:              2 years’ experience as ordained pastoral care provider

Preferred Experience:             Experience in a healthcare or geriatric setting

Required:                              10 hours continuing education every 2 years, 5 hours pastoral care, 5 hours gerontology; denominational endorsement from his/her community of faith, and be an active member of a local church congregation.
