You heal best at home! Christian Care Communities offers adults the ability to heal at home with Christian Care At Home.  Providing a full-range of in-home care services, Christian Care At Home serves adults in 10 west central Kentucky counties, seven days a week.


This position primarily serves Ohio County.


Our services include:

  • Skilled nursing care
  • Physical, occupational and speech therapy
  • Medical social services
  • Home health aides
  • Nutritional management and education
  • Durable medical equipment(referral/coordination)

The Staff RN is responsible for demonstrating knowledge and application of job duties within scope of practice and functions under the direction of the RN Case Manager; provides nursing care during assigned duty hours; promotes independence and advocates for the quality of life while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulatory and organizational standards.


Required Education:               Associates degree in nursing from an accredited college or university         

Preferred Education:               Bachelors’ degree in nursing from an accredited college or university         

Required Experience:              1 year clinical experience as a RN

Preferred Experience:             1 year experience in acute care setting

Required:                                Licensed in the Commonwealth of Kentucky as a RN
