This position serves Ohio and Daviess Counties.

The Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting with the occupational therapy program to facilitate the rehabilitation of patients with physical impairments, and/or functional mobility deficits while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulatory and organizational standards.




Required Education: Associate’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited college or university

Required Experience: 1 year experience in the practice of occupational therapy

Preferred Experience: 1 year experience in long-term care, home health or related facility

Preferred Experience: Nonprofit sector; long term care or senior living

Required License and/or Certification: Unencumbered occupational therapy license from Commonwealth of Kentucky; current member or be eligible for membership in the American Occupational Therapy Association; CPR certified

Business travel is a requirement of position; proof of valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

If personal vehicle is used to transport self or others; proof of insurance of $100,000 single limit of liability
