    Responsibilities

    The Maintenance Technician - entry level - is responsible for a full range of custodial and property maintenance duties including painting, troubleshooting and repair, responding to work orders, snow shoveling and landscaping while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulatory and organizational standards.

    Qualifications

    Required Education:               High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

    Required Experience:              1 year experience in general property maintenance
